What this work actually requires.
Themed entertainment construction isn't just commercial construction with better paint. Crews need to pass background checks before they're granted site access. Work often happens on active, guest-occupied properties, which means staging, noise, and visibility restrictions that don't exist on a normal job site. Scenic elements have to be structurally sound and weatherproof while also looking nothing like conventional construction, which puts real demands on both the trades and the supervision overseeing them.
Central Florida's resort and attraction operators are also, understandably, protective of their brand. Vendors are frequently restricted from naming clients or showing identifiable project photography in marketing materials, even after the work is complete. We operate inside that constraint as a matter of course, which is part of why we can describe this work by scope and scale, but not always by name.
