Leo's Construction Services stays small on purpose. Every crew member works across a range of project types, from public school renovations to resort-area themed construction, rather than being locked into one repetitive scope. Field staff who work on themed-entertainment or resort-area sites go through client-required background screening, which opens up work most local contractors' crews never get access to.

Carpenter
Full-time · Lake Wales, FL · Central Florida travel required
What you'll do
Perform framing, finish carpentry, and structural carpentry work across commercial, institutional, and themed-entertainment construction sites. Read and work from blueprints and shop drawings, coordinate with project supervisors on daily scope, and maintain the quality standard our repeat clients expect on every job, whether it's a public school renovation or a resort-area scenic build.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of commercial carpentry experience, current OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 a plus), ability to read blueprints and construction documents independently, valid driver's license for travel between Central Florida job sites, and willingness to complete a background check for resort-area and themed-entertainment project assignments.
